As promised, I am finally getting around to editing pics from our wonderful 5-year anniversary celebration trip to Bermuda. Lucky for you readers, who I'm sure are waiting in anxious anticipation to view our pics from the trip (ha!), my hubby had this great idea to do the posts in a series. So...I will string you along over the next couple days/weeks as I post pics in different themed groups (at least that is my intention). So, without futher ado, Here is Day 1
We started out at busy, bustling, beautiful O'Hare International Airport, the world's third busiest airport (behind Beijing (ok) and Atlanta (what!?)).
Then we killed some time at Miami International Airport (which has a cool acronym: MIA)
Playing Nintendo DS (or Gameboy, as I still like to refer to it)
And watching kids play
The walls were graced with beautiful fish sculptures
We got there at night, so all we could see was this:
Then, when we woke up the next morning, in BERMUDA!, we checked out our view...
And realized we were truly in another world, a lush, tropical, gorgeous world filled with historical depth, when we stepped outside and saw this:
Yes. Welcome to Bermuda.
